I have contacted Adobe support and am very frustrated with them. They made a good effort and tried tweaking power management settings in the NIC but since only Adobe InDesign has a problem, they are pointing the finger at Adobe. Trying different network cables and placing the machine at different physical locations.Д¤.

Clean install of OS and making sure latest drivers and BIOS are installed. The currently the problem only happens on Three Dell T1700 workstations. When using the crop tool, you can enable Classic Mode by clicking on the gear icon that appears along the the top and adding a checkmark next to Use Classic Mode. I also enabled the Enable Crop Shield option to help with accuracy when cropping. Add a checkmark next to the Use Classic Mode option. To enable classic crop mode, click on the crop tool, and then click on the gear icon that appears along the top of the screen. ItвЂ™s much more familiar and predictable in how it works. I even watched a video to relearn how to use the crop tool. Moving and rotating the crop on artboards seemed unnatural and IвЂ™ve found that sometimes when resizing the crop, I also unintentionally rotated the canvas.
